Misty Hills Plotting Scheme and Villa Development

Area : 1.25 acres

Location : Malavli, Lonavala

The brief entailed designing of 6 luxury villas in a tight plot, as an extension to an already existing villa scheme. Each unit would be a stand alone unit with4 bedrooms, its own parking, pool, staff facilities, gym, office space, with an option of twin villas that can be joined together to build a single unit, or sold separately. We explored speedy methods of construction, giving a modern and minimal look to the buildings, while providing adequate green open spaces to foster a sense of community.
